Généralités

  • Caractérisation moléculaire des collections de matériel génétique conservées par Ressources phytogénétiques du Canada (RPC), l'accent étant mis actuellement sur le lin et l'avoine.

Lin

  • Caractérisation moléculaire de 2 800 spécimens de lin à l'aide de marqueurs RAPD.
     
  • Évaluation par des marqueurs RAPD de la diversité génétique des cultivars canadiens et de certains cultivars étrangers de lin.
     
  • Évaluation du changement de diversité du lin canadien multipliant des programmes sur des années.
     
  • Analyse par des marqueurs RAPD des profils de variation dans le fonds génétique mondial du lin.
     
  • Inférence des rapports génétiques parmi des cultivars, des landraces, et le lin sauvage.
     
  • Analyse par des marqueurs RAPD de l'intégrité génétique des spécimens de lin régénérés.
     
  • Développement et évaluation de la collection de lin de base.
     
  • Analyse par des marqueurs RAPD de la parenté génétique entre 300 spécimens de lin russes.
     
  • Analyse de séquences d’ADN d’espèces cultivées et sauvages de lin. 

Avoine

  • Analyse, à l’aide du marqueur moléculaire AFLP, de la diversité génétique de l’avoine et de ses espèces indigènes.

  • Établissement d'une collection provisoire d'avoine de base de 500 à 1000 spécimens.
     
  • Évaluation moléculaire de la collection provisoire d'avoine.

  • Analyse, à l’aide du marqueur moléculaire AFLP, de l’intégrité génétique des cultivars canadiens.
     
  • Évaluation, à l’aide des marqueurs moléculaires SNP et SSR, des cultivars canadiens de blé dur de printemps.
     
  • Analyses, à l’aide du marqueur moléculaire AFLP, de la diversité génétique du fétuque de Hall de montagne, du boutelou gracieux et du schizachyrium à balais.
